1. Unique, original designs. Chances are, you're at my site right now because you saw a site I did and loved it. I get most of my clients that way! I create sites that are fun, vibrant and totally different than your run-of-the-mill, generic-ol'-template sites out there!

2. No stock graphics or clip art! Unless specifically requested, I don't use stock graphics or clip art on my sites. All graphics are 100% hand-crafted by me, guaranteeing that no one else will have a site like yours!

3. Quality code. I'm a big fan of web standards and usability, and I'm constantly reading the latest design and code books, periodicals and blogs in order to stay up on the best and most efficient trends in web design and code. This means your site will be well-structured and coded according to today's most current standards!

4. Sites that put YOU in control of your content. I build all my sites on content management systems that let you control your site's content from a user-friendly control panel, without needing to know a lick of HTML!

5. Friendly, one-on-one service. I'm a one-woman show, so you won't have to go through a team of people to communicate. I'll help you out along the way, from helping you understand my initial recommendations for your project, to teaching you to use the site once it's complete.

6. Timely delivery. While the timelines I give in my quotes are projected timelines and not hard deadlines, I do everything within my control to keep as close to the timeline I give you as possible! If on the rare occasion it looks like a certain deadline might not be possible, I let you know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

7. Open communication. Want to know where I am with your project? Have a question that just popped into your head? I'm always close at hand via email and happy to set up appointments to chat on the phone.

8. Organization is my middle name! I have honed my work process right down to a science and I lay it all out for you before we get started, so you'll know what to expect each step of the way.
