Carol was ready to move from Blogger to a WordPress blog customized to match her photography style and branding.  She wanted to focus on the colors and polka dots in her logo as her “signature”, and told me she loves clean lines.  I kept the background light with sprinkles of brightly colored dots, and echoed the colors in the hyperlinks and post titles.  We also used her colored dots to color-code her categories in both the drop-down menus and posts, which was a fun little touch.
Content-wise, Carol wanted a private client area where she could post session, proofing, and other information meant just for clients.  I expanded the custom template I designed for her to include a clients only area, accessible only by logged in clients registered by Carol.
